The lease transactions are concluded in accordance with the Civil of Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Law of the Real Estate Registry, Land Law, Construction Law, and other legal acts. The lease contract is mandatory under the law. It must be signed in accordance with the principles of justice, reasonableness and fairness. Certain specific knowledge and precise formulations to describe it are required to be a good judge of certain laws concerning the real estate (property) use, such as usufruct, superficies and various lease types (land rental, accommodation rental, etc.). Prices for the services are as follows:

  • property lease for the period of over 6 months - cost of one month's renting;
  • property lease for the period shorter than 6 months - half of the cost of one month's renting;
  • search for the desired rental property - half of the cost of one month's renting.
