The cadastral (geodesic) measurements of the land plots and the preparation of the plans and survey files


This service is understood as the exact determination of the area of the established parcels of land, the preparation of the plan and other data, necessary to record to the cadastral data database.


In the process of cadastral measurement, the coordinate of epochs and landmarks of the land plot boundaries are marked and determined on the public system of axes, the buildings and equipment on the land plot are measured, the lines of landed property are cartographed, the sites and territories, which have to be used under special land and forest usage conditions are marked on the plan, as well as other restrictions of land use and servitudes, the plan of the land plot is prepared, the total area of the land plot is calculated, the explication of landed property is prepared, the value of the land plot is calculated, the cadastral data of the land plot is prepared, and the cadastral survey file of the subject real estate is compiled.


The cadastral measurements are carried out according to the Rules of the Real Estate Cadastral Measurements, and Cadastral Data Collection and Revision, approved by the order No. 522 of the Minister of the Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania , on 30 January, 2002.

This service is relevant both to legal entities and individuals, who are interested in knowing the exact area and the boundaries of the owned land in order to dispose of their real estate without any obstacles.


To perform the cadastral measurements it is necessary to present the legal registration of the land plot, tentative or detailed plan of the land plot and the legal registration of the buildings on this land plot (if such buildings exist).
