Geodesy and land organization


The Corporation Matininkai carries out geodetic works over the whole territory of Lithuania. Its activities are managed by the central office that is located in Vilnius. The company also has regional offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys and employs 39 highly qualified geodetic surveyors. Surveyors use modern geodetic equipment and specialized software.

Due to the 17 years experience, modern technical facilities and highly qualified workers, the Corporation Matininkai is able to guarantee the excellent service quality. The regional offices network allows carrying out works in any place in Lithuania, and large number of workers allows summoning up the forces for implementation of large projects. Our clients are both large enterprises (SC Lithuanian Railways, Lithuanian Road Administration, TEO, AB, AB Lietuvos energija, Rytų skirstomieji tinklai AB, JSC VST, UAB COWI Baltic, Omnitel UAB, AB Ekranas, Lietkabelis AB, UAB Ranga IV, municipalities of many cities and districts, etc.) and small legal entities and natural persons.

In the course of the year approximately 4500 division and separation projects and cadastral measurements of land plots are carried out, and large scale topographic pictures and underground communications researches are prepared for 2000-2500 ha of land.
