Topographic plans preparation
Drawing up of topographic plans of various sizes

Those are fields of the topographic-geodetic and measurement engineering activity, including the special measurement of natural and physical (relief, hydrography and vegetation), anthropogenic, and individual topographic objects situated at the land surface and their portrayal in the topographic maps and plans by applying the standardized methods.

The topographic map is necessary if one plans to start design works of any kind. According to the procedure, the design works can be carried out in a topographic plan, prepared not later than one year prior to starting the works. The topographic plan provides a detailed view of the current situation, terrain, and underground communications. In accordance with the established procedure, plans are being adjusted with all engineering networks operators and municipalities. Topographic plans are drawn up in digital and analogue formats.

Topographic plans are drawn up in accordance with the technical regulation of geodetic cartography GKTR 2.11.02:2000, approved by the Order No. 45 of the State Service for Geodesy and Cartography under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania as of 19 June 2000.

The company obtained the licence No. 33TK-180 and, therefore, is entitled to draw up the mentioned plans.
