Land plot formation and reorganization, countryside development land organization projects
This service serves as a regulation while forming the and plot border by means of designing new land plots, changing the borders of adjacent land plots (amalgamation), dividing the land plot into two or more plots, separating one or more parts of the land plot owned on the basic of common ownership, or joining two or more land plots into one land plot.
The projects are prepared by carrying out cadastral measurements of newly formed land plots. While forming the land plots, the land plot borders are established and marked as well as land-use conditions, servitudes and restrictions on economic activity, land usage is mapped, and the land plot value is established.
The projects are prepared in accordance with the rules for the land plot formation and reorganization project preparation and implementation, approved by the Order No. 3D-542/D1-513 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania and Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania as of 4 October 2004.
The company obtained the licence No. ŽF-16 and, therefore, is entitled to provide the mentioned service to develop the land plot formation and conversion projects.
To provide this service, one has to provide the land plot plan copy, certificate of the land plot legal registration, permission of the county governor, and a project preparation conditions issued by the district municipality.
Countryside development land organization projects
Countryside development land organization projects are special planning documents, prepared in order to provide a comprehensive planning of the land use structure change, other land use-related activities, and form the agricultural land tenure and alternative activity subject land tenure.
The projects are prepared in accordance with the rules for the countryside development land organization project preparation and implementation, approved by the Order No. 3D-542/D1-513 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania and Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania as of 4 October 2004.
The company obtained the licence No. CP-7 and, therefore, is entitled to develop the countryside development land organization projects.
