Real estate valuation
We offer the real estate valuation service product, i.e. the objective and unbiased opinion on the real estate condition, its use suitability, and expected monetary value in the market. This may be a verbal consultation, written opinion, or standard written assessment report.

The real estate valuation subjects include any real estate, which is registered or may be registered in the Real Estate Register, or property that may be registered in other registers and recognized by Law as the real estate (e.g., aircraft or ships), located in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.

Taking into consideration the valuation range, all our clients - enterprises and governmental institutions, natural persons and legal entities as well as any other clients to whom the property value is a current question - have equal rights and are equally welcome, if the property:

  • is being purchased or sold, exchanged, presented, or inherited;
  • serves as a contribution in spiece (property) into a joint-stock company that is being established or branched;
  • is being insured, taxed, or declared;
  • is joined with other property, or separated from the common property;
  • is being pledged;
  • is being recorded in the financial accounting documents;
  • is being leased or transferred to other persons on the basis of custody or loan;
  • is being taken for public needs in accordance with the established procedure.

Or if:

  • companies are subjects to insolvency proceedings;
  • court or court bailiff rulings are being executed;
  • the real state owner or valuation customer so wishes.
