Business valuation
We offer the business valuation service product, i.e. the objective and unbiased opinion on the company's business value in the market. This may be a verbal consultation, written opinion, or standard written assessment report.

The business valuation is based upon the principle of totality of indivisible economical unit's tangible and intangible assets, rights and obligations. The company is being valuated not as the sum of assets or property rights, but as a cash flow-generating property complex. This cash flow reflects the company's business value of the market.
The applied income value use method allows determining the benefits generated by the company's business cash flow, which may be applied in the business, should the owners so wish.

The business valuation subjects include any companies registered or operating in any territory of the Republic of Lithuania or its branch office, as well as group of companies if these companies keep their financial records in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or the International Financial Reporting Standards.

Taking into consideration the valuation range, any clients are equally welcome, if their company or its business:

  • is being purchased or sold;
  • included into the company that is being established, branched, or reorganized;

Or if:

  • companies are subjects to insolvency (readjustment) proceedings;
  • court or court bailiff rulings are being executed;
  • the business owner/owners or assessment customer so wishes.
