We offer the shares valuation service product, i.e. the objective and unbiased opinion on the company's shares (block of shares) value in the market. This may be a verbal consultation, written opinion, or standard written assessment report.
The company's shares (block of shares) value can be calculated in terms of both company property components and business value. To depict the calculation of the share market value, the following principled logical diagram (formula) can be applied: share value = company's net value (or business value to its owners) divided by the number of shares, which, in its turn, is calculated by subtracting the company's debts and obligations on the assessment date from the property (business) value.
Establishing the company's shares value may be relevant if:
- the company is being purchased or sold;
- shares serve as a contribution in spiece (property) into a joint-stock company that is being established or branched;
- the share exchange ratio of the reorganized (merged or divided) joint-stock company requires justification;
- court or court bailiff rulings are being executed;
- the property owner or assessment customer so wishes.
