Movable property valuation
We offer the movable property (equipment, vehicles, etc.) valuation service product, i.e. the objective and unbiased opinion on the property condition, its use suitability, and expected monetary value in the market. This may be a verbal consultation, written opinion, or standard written assessment report.

The property valuation subjects include any personal property, which is registered in the corresponding Movable Property Register (motor vehicles), or property that may be recognized by Law as the personal property (e.g., machinery, machine tools, processing equipment, etc.), located in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.

Taking into consideration the valuation range, all our clients - enterprises and governmental institutions, natural persons and legal entities as well as any other clients to whom the property value is a current question - have equal rights and are equally welcome, if the property:

  • is being purchased or sold, exchanged, presented, or inherited;
  • serves as a contribution in spiece (property) into a joint-stock company that is being established or branched;
  • is being insured, taxed, or declared;
  • is being pledged;
  • is being recorded in the financial accounting documents;
  • is being leased or transferred to other persons on the basis of custody or loan;


Or if:

  • companies are subjects to insolvency proceedings;
  • court or court bailiff rulings are being executed;
  • the personal property owner or assessment customer so wishes.
