The company started its activity in Lithuania in early 1993. It was among the first to provide customers with services in accordance with the International Property and Business Assessment Standards and requirements and also amongs the first private equity companies that began carrying out the geodetic and land organization activity.
Currently, the Corporation Matininkai has 10 department in various regions of Lithuania thus providing its services, including property and business assessment, geodesy, cadastral measurements, and real estate management, to the entire country, which makes it the largest private enterprise working in the mentioned fields.
The company's 15 years experience, continuous personnel upgrade qualifications and systematic structural changes allow it to meet the clients' needs and demands better.
