Cadastral measurements of constructions
Establishment of the real estate cadastral data is a process in the course of which cadastral measurements of immovable objects and other actions established by the legal acts are being carried out, documents necessary to add the cadastral data of a new immovable object to the real estate cadastre, or change already existing data, and a real estate cadastral data file is being prepared or new data is being added to already existing file.

Taking into consideration the necessity for the real estate formation in the course of the immovable object or material rights registration, the customers are welcome if:

  • buildings, premises, engineering constructions (engineering networks of connection communication) are fully built, reconstructed, underwent major repairs, or other kinds of reorganization;
  • constructions require division, separation, or property object amalgamation;
  • formation of new property objects is required;
  • collection of engineering network or construction cadastral data is required.
