Cadastral measurements of premises
If a building is divided into premises, which are formed as separate immovable objects, the data concerning the construction and its components-premises is added to the real estate cadastre.

Premises are a part of the building having a clear functional purpose (apartments, garage boxes, offices, business premises, etc.), isolated from the common premises, other apartments, or non-residential premises by means of separating constructions.

Taking into consideration the necessity for the real estate formation in the course of the immovable object registration, the customers are welcome if:

  • premises require formation, reconstruction, major repairs, or other kinds of reorganization;
  • premises require division, separation, or property object amalgamation;
  • formation of new property objects is required.
